Building an impactful Ecosystem:

"In life and business, if you want to go fast, go ALONE. If you want to go far, go TOGETHER."

People are looking to connect with each other. Nowadays, it is getting more difficult to engage in meaningful conversations with people we don’t know, therefore, we miss the chance to connect with other amazing people that could help us solve the most challenging issues of our times. We believe that when people from different backgrounds come together and work for a common cause, magic happens. We are working on creating the space where the major "stakeholders" can co-exist and start creating meaningful solutions.
Canopy City has a unique and fast growing membership. Our members consist of social-impact driven entrepreneurs, activists, freelancers, investors, mentors who work together, share ideas and resources. Our community is very diverse, innovative, and courageous with their work within their respective fields.

Self.made’s mission is to make funding accessible to world changing startups. He grew up as an entrepreneur and has participated to several start-ups competitions such as MassChallenge. His idea originated when he realized that they were so many entrepreneurs with great ideas but lacked the tools to launch their ideas, to bring their ideas from brainstorming mode into tangible product or get funding.

Self.Made partners with designers and entrepreneurs all over the world to help translate an idea into a tangible product and sell it to consumer. Self.Made also sponsors up and coming entrepreneurs with merchandise that they provide and percentage from the profit is reinvested into the startup.

What are they looking for?

He is looking for startups in the Greater Boston area and looking to partner.

Ter*ra [ˈtɛr ə]   Cu*ra [ˈku:ra] n. EARTH CARE

Approach
PERMACULTURE - AN ETHICAL & DESIGN FRAMEWORK

Permaculture-based systems use a variety of science, technology, innovation, indigenous wisdom and instinct to create whole systems that meet these ethics.  Started as a grass root agriculture-focused movement in 1970s by Bill Mollison, Permaculture [permanent agriculture] has evolved alongside numerous ecological strategies, expanding to an international movement, best practice and design framework that encompass not only ecological, but social and financial disciplines. Permaculture is now synonymous with Permanent Culture.

We believe in forming not just many, but meaningful partnerships with individuals and groups whose combined interests could benefit both the served and servers, bringing happiness and peace to the world.
